Welcome to Tastee. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tastee website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or use them to violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tastee.tech if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Tastee or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. User submissions

If you submit information, ideas, or content to Tastee, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Tokens and digital assets

Any references on the Services to tokens, rewards, or digital assets are informational and forward-looking. Features described are subject to development, partner integrations, and applicable regulatory review. Nothing on the Services constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation regarding any digital asset, and nothing on the Services is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

7. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tastee and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tastee harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tastee is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
